Learn Through Stories
Each session includes fun, relatable stories to help children see the impact of the problem that the characters face and how mindset skills are used to resolve the problem. They learn the skill right alongside the characters.
Create Artwork
I plan activities and art projects to give children an opportunity to further experience the skills we work on. Practicing enables children to strengthen their learning (and neural pathways). Art projects give children a visual reminder of the learning that they can take home with them.
Take the Learning Home
I share a take home sheet with parents so they can continue the conversation at home. This deepens learning between sessions and engages them in supporting their child.
